A significant piece of legislation that is currently under the radar is HR 4521 the COMPETE (Creating Opportunities for Manufacturing, Pre-Eminence in Technology and Economic Strength) Act of 2022. The House version is far more progressive than its Senate counterpart. So, it is imperative that the House pass the strongest bill possible when it goes to vote this Friday.
