UPDATE: Following weeks of citizen and customer protests, Citizen Bank has announced it is ending its credit facilities with CoreCivic and The GEO Group, the two largest for-profit prison companies, operating dozens of ICE detention centers across the count
On Friday, June 5h, as part of a national mobilization, activists convened outside of the Kingston branch of Citizens Bank to protest the Bank’s financing of ICE facilities.
