You are invited! Join our Caring Majority Rising Day of Action in Albany on Monday, February 3rd to defend CDPAP and fight for investment in home care. We will rally, meet with legislators and build community together.
Many of us saw the chaos coming down from the federal government this week. This included Medicaid portals being frozen in all 50 states as the administration tried to stop all federal grants and loans. It caused confusion across the country, and while states did regain access to federal funds, it was a scary reminder of what the federal government might try.
With such uncertainty at the federal level, we need our Governor and Department of Health to STOP playing games with home care. Join us to send a strong message to NYS leaders that we must halt the disastrous transition of CDPAP to PPL and take common sense measures that will end our state’s worst-in-the-nation home care shortage.
