There will be a silent protest during the Memorial Day Parade. People will stand on the sidewalk adjacent to the cemetery\’s fence. They will hold a signs that say: My <loved one> fought for < Bill of Rights or individual right> and have a photo of that loved one who served pasted next to the words.
