Training Structure and content
Session 1: Support Programs, Resources, and 1-on-1s
This session introduces Indivisible’s support ecosystem—covering key programs, staff roles, and how to tap into resources designed to help groups thrive. Participants will learn how to build trust through 1-on-1 relational meetings, explore the role of coaching and mutual support in sustaining activism, and walk away with practical tools to strengthen connections within and beyond their groups.
Session 2: Group Best Practices, Conflict Management, and Public Narrative
This session dives into what makes strong, resilient groups—from shared leadership and decision-making to conflict resolution strategies that keep members engaged and aligned. We’ll also practice crafting public narratives that motivate action and reflect your group’s values, giving you a toolkit to navigate challenges and communicate with clarity and purpose.
Details and registration:
This training series will be offered twice, with options to participate: April 8 & 15 and April 17 & 24
New group leaders are encouraged to attend a New Leaders Call with Leah and Ezra before joining this series. While not required, the call helps set the stage for the content in Sessions 1 and 2 and offers an early opportunity to connect with our team and access key resources. The next opportunities for that call are here.
