Healthcare stories of patients who had covid and/or have suffered from long covid. Data will be shared about the effects of Covid on healthcare and how Covid has affected access to and the quality of healthcare.
There is a need to increase the pay for home health care workers. Gov. Hochul plans to send the money that the legislature voted on for that to insurance companies
Info on the New York Health Act and how it can solve many of the problems that have created a healthcare crisis.

Reena Agarwal, MD
Reena Agarwal, MD, is a primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine. She has practiced in both New York City and in the Hudson Valley area for close to 20 years.
Gemma Calinda, Caring Majority
Gamma Calinda is the Mid-Hudson organizer for the Caring Majority and works on the Fair pay for Home Healthcare Workers Campaign.
Jeff Mikkelson, HVDNYH
Jeff Mikkelson is co-founder of Hudson Valley Demands New York Health and a Regional Coordinator for Campaign for New York Health, which is fighting to pass the New York Health Act, a plan that would guarantee comprehensive healthcare for all New Yorkers with no premium, copays, deductibles or network restrictions.
