The connections between Trump and his administration and Russia are real and undeniable, and the firing of FBI Director Comey is a blatant attempt at obstructing the FBI investigation into these ties.
Jeff Sessions, who recused himself from the Trump-Russia investigation for lying to congress about secret meetings with the Russian ambassador, is interviewing candidates to lead the FBI and its investigation.
Prominent party leaders on both sides, such as McCain and Feinstein, are in agreement that we need a special independent investigator to truly determine the extent of Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election.
It is on us, the people, to push for answers and let the administration know that this will not go away until we have answers. Let’s turn out in front of the White House in numbers to show them that this is very dangerous for American democracy, and that Americans from all over the country will not stand for it.
