Earlier this year 2-term NY19 Congressman Antonio Delgado was appointed to serve as NY State Lt. Governor by Gov. Hochul.

A special election to fill Delgado’s seat will be held on Tuesday, August 23. Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan will be challenging conservative Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro. All registered voters in the current 19th Congressional district are eligible to vote.
